AdLib is a Chrome extension that reorganises data the Meta Ad Library has already loaded in your browser. It runs no server of its own, has no analytics and no telemetry.
AdLib is a paid subscription with a free trial. Subscriptions are handled by Polar, who sell the subscription to you directly. The trial needs no account, no email and no signup at all.
No personal information at all.
No email address, no name, no account, no browsing history, no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reports, and nothing whatsoever about the ads you look at. The 7-day trial starts by itself when you install, and asks for nothing.
If you subscribe, you buy from Polar on Polar’s own website and they give you a licence key. AdLib stores that key on your computer and sends it to Polar to check the subscription is still active. The key is the only thing it ever sends. AdLib never receives, stores or displays your email address, even though Polar knows it — deliberately, so that there is nothing personal here to lose.

That is the complete list. No ad data is stored. Nothing persists after you close the tab except those preferences, and removing the extension erases them.
Nothing about you, your browsing, or the ads you look at.
If you have subscribed, the extension asks Polar whether that licence key is still valid, at most once every six hours. The request carries the licence key and nothing else — not your email, not the page you are on, not what you searched for, not a single ad. If you have not subscribed, it makes no requests of that kind at all.
Everything else it does is pure reading: it reorganises the ad data facebook.com has already sent to your browser as you scroll.
There is one exception, and it happens only when you press a button. Meta publishes EU and UK reach figures one ad at a time. If you ask AdLib to look those up, it asks facebook.com for them — one ad at a time, one second apart, using your existing Facebook session, exactly as though you had opened each ad's transparency panel yourself. A count is shown as it runs and you can stop it at any point.
Those replies are read in your browser and shown to you. They are not stored beyond the tab and are not sent anywhere.
When you save ad images or videos, the files transfer directly from Meta's content delivery network to your computer. They do not pass through any server operated by us, because no such server exists.

on any other Facebook page, on any other website, or when you are not
looking at the Ad Library. It cannot read your Facebook account, profile,
messages, friends, or any page other than the public Ad Library you have
open.
One: Polar, the merchant of record for the subscription. Polar sell to you, take the payment, and handle the tax.
Your card details are entered on Polar’s own pages and are never seen by, passed through, or stored by AdLib. AdLib learns one thing: whether a licence key is still valid.
Beyond that: no analytics service, no advertising SDK, no error reporting service, and no other third-party code.
AdLib holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing here to request, correct, export or delete.
Your purchase record — name, email, billing details — is held by Polar, who sold you the subscription. To see, correct, export or delete it, contact Polar directly, or write to mamubeenkhan@gmail.com and it will be actioned with them.
Your licence key and your interface preferences are stored on your own computer and are removed when you uninstall the extension.
AdLib is a tool for advertising professionals and is not directed at children.
